Joe Kucik
President
Joe Kucik founded Real Green Systems, a software company specializing in the Green Industry, twenty years ago and he has been working in the Green Industry for 30 years. He has owned five lawn care companies during that time, growing two of the operations to over three million dollars in annual revenue. He is in demand as a speaker for many Green Industry conferences and is considered an expert at growing lawn care companies and mapping technologies. Joe’s company began developing and integrating mapping technologies into his Lawn Assistant software program eight years ago, back when this new technology cost twenty thousand dollars or more. Three generations of mapping software later they have put together the most comprehensive set of mapping and routing tools available.
Joe McPhail
Vice President, Operations
Joe has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Detroit in the field of Marketing and Management. He joined Real Green Systems in 1989 and has worked with every size and type of service company. Joe works closely with many of the industry leading franchise organizations and has lead product development projects such as our Customer Assistant Websites and in field data collection.
Steve Katz
Vice President, Software Development
Steve has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree from Wayne State University, both in the field of Computer Engineering. After working in the software industry for 10 years, Steve joined Real Green Systems in 1998 as head programmer. Today, Steve supervises a programming staff of 9 other software developers.
Dave Boulter
Vice President, Forms Division
With a Degree in business communications, Dave brings over 20 years of printing experience to Real Green Systems and has been associated with Real Green Systems as a printing supplier since 1991. Today, Dave leads a staff of 8 printing and graphic design professionals.
Peter Brown
Vice President, Technical Support
Peter Brown entered the Lawn Care Industry over 25 years ago with a business degree from Michigan State University. Before joining Real Green in 1992, Peter worked at the branch, regional and national levels for some of the largest lawn care companies in the U.S., He currently oversees 14 support technicians and is the liaison to the British customers of Real Green.
Mike Dauer
Vice President, Direct Mail and List Acquisition
Before joining Real Green in 2005, Mike has worked for a national direct mail and list company for over 18 years. His main focus has been in the home service industry. Mike has been involved with PLANET, PLCAA, OLCA, and ACPCC and on the board of advisors for the GIE and NPNA. When Mike is not on the “Road Show Tour” with Joe, he oversees the 6 support staff in the direct mail department.
