Karen Maloney Named Vice President, Customer Success

Walled Lake, MI – May 27, 2020: Leading business operations software and marketing company RealGreen today announced that Karen Maloney has joined their team as Vice President, Customer Success. In this newly created role, she is responsible for ensuring that RealGreen delivers unparalleled customer experiences through implementing unmatched customer onboarding, training, support and continuing education initiatives and processes.

Maloney is a proven customer success leader with two decades’ worth of experience working in the information technology and services industries. Before joining RealGreen, Maloney was Vice President of Customer Success for Verint-Systems; before that she was Vice President of Global Customer Success for ForeSee. She has also held leadership positions with Online Tech, JobApp Network and OpenMarket. Maloney holds a bachelor’s degree with a focus on information technology from the University of Phoenix.

Her passion is to listen to and understand customers’ root concerns and use it to improve their experience and continually improve the Customer Success team’s onboarding, training and support processes. Maloney’s leadership has strengthened the team’s commitment to helping customers realize the full value of their RealGreen product and service investment. She focuses daily on improving customer experience by providing the best product education, training and support in the industry.
