COVID-19 Michigan Shutdown Response from Real Green CEO, Bill Nunan

To Our Valued Customers,

This morning, Michigan’s Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced a three-week stay-at-home order effective tonight at midnight and lasting through April 13, 2020. I’m sure you are all wondering what this means for Real Green Systems and your business as well.

We started closely monitoring this situation back in January of this year. At that time, we began putting the systems and infrastructure in place to enable our employees to work from home if and when that became necessary. Since last Monday, 95% of our team has been working remotely. In addition, we will continue to maintain a core staff of essential employees as allowed by current local, state, and federal guidelines.

The bottom line:
Real Green Systems is and will remain fully operational. We will continue to support you and your business as we always have.

We have staff closely monitoring all hosted systems and servers. In addition, your customers’ ability to make online payments to you will not be affected by the shutdown and also remains fully functional with staff continuing to monitor it as per usual.

I want to assure you that we are adapting to this challenging situation as seamlessly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your continued partnership and your trust in Real Green Systems. We are all in this together. Our entire team is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our customers.
