We know the service business
Real Green Systems understands the service industry because our roots are in the service industry. In 1984, our founder, Joe Kucik, launched Real Green Professional Services as a lawn care company. Almost immediately, Joe saw the need for a lawn care software program to help him run and grow his business. He and his brother developed the software themselves.
The result was Lawn and Pest Assistant – now known as Service Assistant.
Word started spreading among lawn care and pest control service companies across the nation – they wanted to use this groundbreaking software to manage and grow their businesses.
That’s how Real Green Systems was born.
More than 30 years and many thousands of customers later, Real Green’s goal remains the same: To provide our customers with the solutions they need to grow and manage their business.
While that commitment hasn’t changed, Real Green Systems continues to evolve. Service Assistant remains the foundation that can run any service industry business. Learning Opportunities and Users Conference
Every year, Real Green offers its clients a chance to learn more. We invite our clients during the summer to visit our newly renovated training center for Formula, a series of one-on-one sessions with marketing experts in the areas of mobile, local and inbound marketing as well as automated communications and targeted direct mail. This event is designed to help establish an actionable marketing plan for your business.
In autumn, our leaders embark on our national free marketing seminar tour to help field service companies to Get Ready! to grow their business. These seminars help thousands of business owners grow their market share.
For our annual users conference, we invite clients during the cold of winter to join us in the warmth of the southern U.S. to find Solutions, a week of hourly training sessions to become expert users of all of our products and services.
