Director of SA Customer Success
Joseph Olson has been Real Green Systems’ technical support manager and software support specialist since 2007. In his role, Olson oversees the administration and maintenance of the hosted VMware environment, tests and assists with development of new versions and products, visits customer business locations to install and train clients on purchased software and assists customers with technical support for Real Green software and products.
Olson’s experience prior to Real Green includes work as a network technician/administrator at FATA Automation in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he constructed, tested, and installed, computer networks as well as ran diagnostics on older systems to upgrade or repair as needed.
He attended ITT Technical Institute in Canton, Michigan, where he majored in information technology and computer networking systems.
