Can RealGreen automate prepay campaigns, renewal letters, and upsell sequences?

Yes. Automated Marketing Assistant® handles multi-touch campaigns for renewals, prepay incentives, seasonal upsells, and estimate follow-ups. The system automatically identifies customers without a given service and sends targeted invitations — with pricing and a direct purchase link through the Customer Portal. Campaigns can be sequenced across multiple touchpoints throughout the renewal window.

Does RealGreen include direct mail and print marketing services?

Yes — and it's a key differentiator. RealGreen has its own direct mail department that produces and mails prepay letters, renewal letters, and neighborhood production postcards on your behalf. You can also import prospect lists demographically matched to your existing customer base. The Neighborhood Production Postcard module targets neighbors of active customers with social proof messaging.

How does RealGreen track marketing campaign performance?

Every customer is tagged with a lead source at entry, letting you report on revenue, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition by channel — Google, direct mail, referral, door hanger, and more. You can track estimates generated and close rates per campaign. SMS marketing is currently available for transactional notifications, with full SMS marketing capabilities on the roadmap.
