Field Productivity & Speed

  • Improved Login Times: Optimized the authentication process to get technicians into their routes faster every morning.
  • Quick Action Menu: You can now start and complete a service (or mark it as not serviceable) directly from the production screen by using a long press on the service.
  • Smart Pricing: Prices now automatically update when a service size is changed for services or programs utilizing price tables, ensuring billing accuracy without manual intervention.
  • Photo Permissions: We’ve streamlined the permissions prompt for taking photos to make documenting job sites more fluid.

Data & Reporting Integrity

  • Accurate Route Metrics: We fixed the stop count display at the top of route listings and restored visibility for key metrics within the Daily Overview Report.
  • Reliable Rescheduling: Rescheduled jobs will now appear correctly in user route lists without unintended changes to batch information.
  • CRM & Syncing: We resolved issues preventing technicians from searching for specific customer statuses and fixed a bug to ensure call logs with outcomes correctly sync to SA5.
  • System Stability: We eliminated a duplication issue with products in history after autoposting and resolved a crash related to the Notes Review screen.

Innovation Pipeline: Coming Soon

We are currently developing several high-impact features designed to give your team more autonomy and professional polish in the field:

  • Estimate Management: The ability to access scheduled estimates directly from the route list and mark them as completed.
  • Enhanced Invoicing: A new experience for viewing invoices and the ability to "Undo Invoices" directly within the app.
  • Advanced Payment Workflows: We are building a dedicated Pre-Payment workflow that includes the ability to apply discounts.
  • Smarter Logistics: Additional customer search filters and the ability to generate the "Next Job" directly from the route list to keep crews moving.
